About me

Who am I and why do you care? More importantly, why should you listen to anything I have to say?

My credentials: I have been an active member of the fitness industry for over 20 years. I fell in love with group training in 2008 and got his first certification in Spinning, a format I still enjoy teaching. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified Instructor, Spinning Certified Instructor and a certified Club Coach with USA Powerlifting.

My experience: I started training individual clients out of my garage and in parks in 1997. In 2000, I began as a personal trainer at 24 hour fitness. My clientele has included advanced level fitness enthusiasts, as well as, beginners who are looking to start exercising for the first time. In 2008, I began teaching group classes such as Spinning, and body sculpting. In 2012, I received my certification as a CrossFit level 1 coach, and later that year, I opened my own CrossFit gym. I currently train clients in a variety of modalities including body building, athletic training, power lifting, Olympic weight lifting, and of course, CrossFit.
